Speed Eraser Minute to Win It Game originated from the Minute to Win It Television game show.

The Minute to Win It games are great fun for parties, social and corporate events as well as team building and youth activities.

The objective in the Minute to Win it games is to complete the various games as laid out in the blueprints within 60 seconds.

As time goes by the pressure mounts. There are various formats in which the games can be played. For further info check out Minute to Win It.

Each player has a row of glasses in front of them. They are also given a stack of pencils to use. The goal here is that each player must bounce the pencil on the table and get it to land in the cup. Only once a player has managed to complete this with the first cup are they allowed to try with the next one in line.

Throw pencils so that they land on their eraser ends, bounce and land in a cup.

  • 7 Glasses per person or team
  • Pencils with Rubber Erasers per person or team

How to Play the Speed Eraser Minute to Win It Game

  1. Determine the distance you want between the “throw line” and where the cups will be located.
  2. Mark the “throw line” with a small table, stool or piece of masking tape and set up the long table parallel to the line based on the distance you determined.
  3. Set up seven cups and the container with the pencils on the long table.
  4. Have players stand at the “throw line,” which will be their starting point.
  5. Players must throw a pencil with only one hand towards the long table.
  6. The pencil must bounce off the table on its eraser end, and then flip into the cup, where it must stay. Players must get one pencil into each of the seven cups in this manner in under a minute to win.

The Rules of Speed Eraser Minute to Win It Game

  1. Prior to game start, a contestant must stand in designated start zone with hands at sides.
  2. Once the game begins, a contestant may grab pencils and bounce them one at a time toward the glasses.
  3. The contestant may only use one designated hand to release all pencils.
  4. Only pencils bouncing off the table and landing directly into the glass will count towards a contestantès total.
  5. A pencil redirected by the contestant after the release will render that attempt void.
  6. Pencil must touch the inside bottom of a glass to count towards contestant’s total.
  7. Should a pencil land across the top, or inside the glass without touching the bottom, it must be removed before the next attempt.
  8. If a pencil rests inside the glass without touching the bottom, the player may not bump the table to get it to fall the bottom.
  9. If this occurs, the pencil will not count towards completion and must be removed before the next attempt.
  10. The contestant may not re-position any of the target glasses.
  11. To complete the game, a contestant must land a total of 10 pencils into each of the 10 glasses as described above.
  12. Any pencil released from the hand within the 60-second time limit may count towards game completion.
